Instructions for Outlook

Outlook Step 1
From the "Tools" Menu Select "Email Accounts..."

Outlook Step 2
Select "View or change existing e-mail accounts" and click "Next"

Outlook Step 3
Select your email account and click the "Change..." button

Outlook Step 4
Fields to note:
Incoming Mail Server (POP3): mail.yourdomainname.com (ex: mail.sundogmedia.com)
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomainname.com (ex: mail.sundogmedia.com)
User Name: This is your email address (ex: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )
Password: Enter as assigned to you by Sundog Media. (case-sensitive ex: pass ≠ PASS)
Outlook Step 4

Select "More Settings..." from the lower right corner.

Outlook Step 5
Click on the "Outgoing Server" tab.
Make sure that the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" box is checked.
Make sure that the "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" option is selected.
Click OK
Click Next to save these settings.
Send yourself an email to test your new settings.
