Hosting Features

Your web site will reside on one of our servers within our secure data center. Our systems provide for physical, mechanical and weather security on an independent and redundant high speed architecture, ensuring that your website will be quick and responsive with a 99% uptime.

Backups:

All our accounts have regular backups. Should anything occur with your website, we can restore the content and structure within 24 hours from the backup systems. This restoration process is billed at our hourly rate.

HOSTING SERVICE REVIEW
To ensure you're receiving the highest quality services, support and hardware functionality, we perform periodic reviews of the technology in place and update it when necessary. Should migration from server to server be deemed necessary by SDM Techs, this will be provided to the customer free of charge.
ALL THE NORMAL GOODIES:
Our servers support all the standard languages typical of a quality service including: CGI, PHP, Python, Perl, Ruby, MySQL, PosgreSQL & Javascript. Java can be supported with the purchase of a dedicated server, but does not come with our standard hosting packages.
Within our standard package, you also receive the following:
- FTP access for your domains, 5 databases, 10 sub domains, 10 parked domains
- Auto Responders, Mail Forwarding, Anti-Virus support, Anti-Spam

The Small Print

Cancellation Policy: 30 days notice required. You will be refunded for the balance remaining in your hosting contract.
Sundog Media (Host) will not be liable for any damage or inconvenience caused by any necessary or scheduled maintenance to Host's system, or for any service lapses or loss of customer data caused by forces beyond Host's reasonable control.
Our hosting policies & procedures are subject to change over time. Should the rates change, you will be notified before the next billing cycle. Payment is made annually. Cancellation requires 30 days notice. Although we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to our services, we may, at our sole discretion, modify or revise these services and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions.
