About: The Alaska Symphony of Seafood is a New Products Contest where the entrants are food manufacturers and the main ingredient is Alaskan seafood.

The reward to the manufacturer is, first and foremost, to be named winner. The Alaska Symphony of Seafood is in its 16th year and the media is on alert to post the winners. In addition to the limelight, winners receive free booth space at the International Boston Seafood Show and a professional product photo shoot.

The goal of the Symphony is to reward and publicize innovative uses of Alaska salmon, whitefish and shellfish and to increase the number of people eating Alaskan seafood.
