It is our desire to provide employment sufficient that employees do not feel the need to obtain additional outside employment. However, in the event additional outside employment is necessary, here is our policy.
Employees may hold other outside jobs that do not compete with Sundog Media services as long as their Sundog Media performance is satisfactory. The employee may be asked to terminate outside employment to retain their position with Sundog if it is conflicting with their ability to satisfactorily perform their duties. Employees may not accept any income or material gain from Sundog Media customers for services rendered while performing their jobs with Sundog Media unless approved by Founder(s).
Any media where employees advertise themselves socially or professionally will clearly state they are employed by Sundog Media LLC.
While employed by Sundog Media, you may not advertise or freelance providing any of the same services that Sundog Media offers. If you would like to do a website for a family member or close friend that wouldn’t otherwise use Sundog Media, please discuss it with management first.
After separation, you will not list Sundog Media customers that you provided services to as part of your advertising without review and approval from Sundog Media management. Employees agree not to provide web services to any Sundog Media customers until 12 months have passed since separation of employment.
