Employees are required to use professional due diligence with all Sundog Media LLC equipment, property and work products that may be issued to them and/or are in their possession or control, including but not limited to:
- Telephone cards
- Credit cards
- Computers, CDs, DVDs, electronic/voice mail codes, user names/passwords
- Intellectual property (e.g., written materials, work products)
- Customer property, user names/passwords
In the event of separation from employment, or immediately upon request by Joe or Cathy Law (or one of Sundog Media LLC’s designees), the employee must return all Sundog property that is in their possession or control including user names/passwords and deletion of any client information from their devices. Where permitted by applicable law(s), Sundog Media LLC may withhold from the employeeʹs final paycheck the cost of any property, including intellectual property, which is not returned when required. Sundog Media LLC also may take any action deemed appropriate to recover or protect its property.
