Unless an employee has a signed, written employment agreement with Sundog Media, which provides differently, all employment at Sundog Media is “at‐will.” That means that employees may be terminated from employment with Sundog Media with or without cause, and employees are free to leave the employment of Sundog Media with or without cause. Any representation by any Sundog Media team member or employee contrary to this policy is not binding upon Sundog Media unless it is in writing and hand signed by the Joe or Cathy Law.
