The Association of Village Council Presidents Regional Housing Authority (AVCP RHA) incorporated as a regional housing authority over 40 years ago to address the housing needs of the AVCP region. AVCP RHA serves all 48 communities in the Bethel and Kusilvak Census Areas. We were so excited to work with this team to create a fresh website that provides all the information their website visitors need including a payment portal, downloadable forms, and all the information they are looking for in one handy location.
