Cook Inlet Regional Citizens Advisory Council
COMPANY BIO
The Cook Inlet Regional Citizens Advisory Council represents the citizens of Cook Inlet in promoting environmentally safe marine transportation and oil facility operations.
In the aftermath of the Exxon oil spill, Congress crafted a comprehensive oil spill prevention bill, the Oil Pollution Act (OPA) of 1990. Under OPA 90, two regional citizen advisory councils were created – one for the Prince William Sound area and one for Cook Inlet.
Since its inception, the Cook Inlet RCAC has formed partnerships and encouraged consensus decision making while creating environmental monitoring and oil spill prevention programs to promote safe production and transportation of oil in Cook Inlet.
Sundog exceeded our expectations, delivering a beautifully designed, professional website, that’s easy to navigate and maintain, at a reasonable price. CIRCAC.ORG now truly reflects the depth and breadth of our organization. We love it!
Our staff enjoyed working with the team at Sundog every step of the way. David Duplessis was a pleasure to work with. Flexible and responsive, David quickly grasped our goals and objectives, and helped us reach them.
Jeff Carlisle’s WordPress training sessions were easy to follow and unintimidating. We appreciated his initiative in tweaking the site further to make it easier for us to maintain.
Basecamp was a terrific place to collaborate and track our progress.
Throughout the project, we felt Sundog valued our input, while at the same time guiding us to the best possible finished product. Kudos to everyone involved in this project. We’re looking forward to our continued relationship with Sundog Media.
