Sundog’s hosting partner, WP Engine, announced a potential security breach last week. WP Engine only hosts WordPress sites, so only WordPress customers are affected by this potential breach. While there was no evidence of any information being used inappropriately, our provider took the additional precaution of resetting some administrative passwords to keep our clients’ data and websites safe.
Sundog immediately jumped in and began creating new administrative passwords to provide as seamless a safety net as possible. Please keep your eyes open for notification via Basecamp regarding new login credentials on your website if you have an admin account. If you do not receive a new password, you can rest assured your login was not affected.
