Sundog Media was founded in 1996, and we have clients that have been with us from the very beginning. We approach service with a long-term perspective, looking to build lasting relationships.
We Design, Host & Manage brilliant WordPress websites and provide exceptional service to our clients. Client requests normally receive a response within 24 business hours – and often much faster.
- We specialize in Alaskan companies, but occasionally we will take a project outside of Alaska.

It typically takes 2-4 weeks to migrate your existing site over to Sundog Management. Timelines depend upon the responsiveness of our client.

NO HOURLY WORK
Our team does not work on an hourly basis. We provide bids for large projects and all our clients have at minimum a LITE content maintenance plan with their annual service plan. Every client can choose to upgrade to a more robust plan if desired. This structure makes it easy for our clients to stay within their budget – no surprise billing.

WHO WE ARE NOT
WE’RE NOT AN AGENCY
Sundog Media focuses on websites. We prefer to leave logos, print materials, and social media campaigns to other teams however Sundog Media will consider collaborating with an agency of your choice.
WE ARE NOT SEO SPECIALISTS
While we do cover the essential SEO best practices with our sites, search engine optimization is not something we specialize in. We can point you in the right direction if more in-depth SEO services are needed.
WE ARE NOT EMAIL HOSTS
We do not provide email setup, management, or hosting, and recommend you select an email host you are comfortable with to handle your email. Sundog uses and suggests Google Workspace (GMail) for business email services.
NO BIG E-COMMERCE SITES
Sundog Media provides basic e-commerce services for our customers, but we are not at the level of Amazon. If you want e-commerce on your website, Sundog can help set it up and troubleshoot or point you in the right direction. We can also help you decide whether a third-party link on your website is best, or if setting up a store would be your best choice.
