NANA Regional Broadband Network

Under the U.S. Department of Commerce, National Telecommunications and Information Administration’s Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program, NANA has been awarded a broadband infrastructure deployment grant. Successful completion of this project will fundamentally change the lives of 7,000 Northwest Arctic residents in eleven remote Arctic tribal villages in the NANA region. Bringing true broadband access to the region will directly and meaningfully improve the lives of its current and future generations, providing enhanced health care, educational access, workforce development, and economic equity.
