Northwest Inupiat Housing Authority (NIHA) is a completely nonprofit organization committed to supporting the local community and Alaska Natives in the NANA region.
NIHA offers programs designed to help low-income tribal member families in Kotzebue, Alaska, including new construction and rental assistance programs. NIHA is funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
