July 2023 Newsletter

As a young artist, one of my favorite things to draw was the bald eagle. There is something extraordinarily majestic and free about them.

One of my fondest memories is hanging out with the eagles down in Seldovia while filleting fish and watching them swoop down to grab the scraps. Bald eagles! Their inspiring strength, beauty, grace, and tenacity make them a fitting symbol of independence and freedom for America, and what the 4th of July is all about.

I hope all of you have a wonderful celebration. Be safe!
And, God bless the USA.
